JaneA is most familiar with AP style, but they can edit using any other style guide your organization uses, including your own in-house style guide.

Fees

JaneA calculates their fees on a per-project basis. Any work beyond the scope agreed upon by you and JaneA and described in the scope of work document will be billed at an hourly rate.

Projects requiring very fast turnaround and tight deadlines will be billed at 1.5x the regular project rate.

JaneA has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations ranging from the gigantic to "we're run entirely by volunteers and are based in someone's apartment" size. Because JaneA knows how important nonprofits are at helping to manage America's broken safety net, they offer discounted services to small nonprofits (those with an annual budget of $250,000 or less).

The process

When you decide you are interested in working with JaneA, the first thing they will need is information about the type of project and the amount of content to be delivered, the deadline for that content, any SEO keywords you want to use in your content, and any other germane information. Prior to starting work together, you and JaneA will sign a scope of work document indicating the services that you have agreed to.

Anything beyond the work mentioned in the scope of work document will require approval from both you and JaneA, and will be charged at an hourly rate above and beyond the agreed-upon fee.
